Privacy policy

Listyradio works without an account and collects as little as possible. Here is everything that happens to your data when you use the site.
What stays in your browser only
Your stations, your lists, your song history, your language, the country you picked and your cookie choice are saved only in your browser (local storage). They never reach us.
You can delete them at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.
What reaches our server
- Searches and station details: what you search for in the catalogue and the address of the stream you're listening to, so we can show its logo, country and the song playing. They aren't tied to who you are.
- Shared lists: when you share a list, its name and stations are stored on our server so the link works. Anyone with the link can see the list.
- IP address: used briefly, in memory, to limit abuse. The server's technical logs may keep the IP address and time of a request, for security, for a limited period.
Outside services
- Radio stations: the audio comes straight from the station's server, which sees your IP address, your browser and when you listen. Each station's own policy applies to that.
- Logos and covers: loaded straight from the stations' sites and from Apple (album covers), which see your IP address.
- Google Analytics: only if you accept, for statistics on how the site is used. Google may process the data outside the EU. Details in the cookie policy.
- Outside links: searching a song on YouTube or sharing on social networks takes you to those sites, where their policies apply.
Why we process this data
To make the site work and protect it from abuse (legitimate interest) and, only with your consent, for statistics (consent). We don't sell data and we show no ads.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent to statistics at any time. Write to us at [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).
